This disclaimer went into force on September 15, 2025, and is subject to change at any time.  It governs the "Someone To Talk To" service we provide on www.kalishastansell.com.

You must be 18 years old or older and live in the USA to book any service or class through our website www.kalishastansell.com.  

Disclaimer  

 

The ‘Someone To Talk To Service’ is for someone who is looking for someone to vent, talk about their life, share their day, etc., in which I will provide them a listening ear and empathy.

 

The ‘someone to talk to’ service does not replace professional medical/legal/business opinion and advice. It will not force you to follow a particular course of action, or attempt to exert any form of control over your free-will and common sense.

 

The contents of a ‘someone to talk to’ service appointment are not legally binding. Any decisions made, or actions taken by you (the client) as a result of your (you the client) ‘someone to talk to’ service appointment are your sole responsibility and have not been forced upon you, by me, Rev. Kalisha Stansell B.Msc.

 

I assume no legal liability for any damages, losses, or other consequences of any client decisions, subsequent to, or based on, my ‘someone to talk to’ service.

 

Please use your own common sense and judgment at all times. It is only with the complete understanding and acceptance of the above that your ‘someone to talk to’ service appointment will take place.

 

Confidentiality

I (Rev.) Kalisha Stansell B.Msc (Metaphysical Practitioner), is ethically bound to confidentiality. This confidentiality creates a safe environment where clients can share their deepest feelings and most important life experiences. However, some important exceptions exist.

 

• I am required by law to report any and all suspected child abuse, dependent adult or

elder abuse. I will notify the appropriate authorities immediately if and when I suspect a minor, dependent, or elder is being abused.

 

• If a client threatens serious bodily harm to another person or persons, I will notify the police and the intended victim.

 

• If a client is in danger of committing suicide, I will make every effort to get that client to safety.

 

Right To End Appointment & Termination Website Membership: Inappropriate Behaviors displayed during your appointment, classes, webinars, lectures, all types of events, etc., WILL NOT be tolerated.

 

Behaviors that are considered to be inappropriate, concerning or threatening include and are not limited to: angry, aggressive communications (verbal or written), sexually explicit behaviors (verbal, body language, or written), unwanted attention, etc.

 

If any of the above stated in the confidentiality portion of this disclaimer/policy concerning confidentiality is violated and/or in this disclaimer/policy as a whole; your time in your appointment, class, webinar, lecture, all types of events, etc., will end and no refund will be issued to you.

 

Your website membership will also be terminated and you will no longer be able to participate in anything through our website.

 

Supervision

As a Metaphysical Practitioner, I am required to work with the IMM (International Metaphysical Ministry) regularly who helps me become a better Metaphysical Practitioner.

 

​I have to file quarterly or annual minister’s reports with the office and they are submitted, kept in a confidential place.

 

For the sake of confidentiality, No names, specific information, or identifying characteristics will be disclosed. All content is shared confidentially. I believe your story is yours alone to share.
