Refund/Cancellation Policy

This refund/cancellation policy went into force on September 15, 2025, and is subject to change at any time.

It governs all of, to include, but not limited to: the services, classes, events, blog subscriptions, etc., we provide on www.kalishastansell.com.

You must be 18 years old and live in the USA to book any appointment type (tarot energy reading, spiritual guidance session, etc.) and/or event through the website www.kalishastansell.com.
Full payment is required to confirm a booking (appointment, session, event, etc.).
Payment for a booking (appointment, session, event, etc.) is not subject to negotiation.
Under no circumstances will refunds be issued for any cancellation of any type of booking (appointment, session, event, etc.) by my client.
Bookings (appointment, session, etc.), NOT EVENTS, can be rescheduled by giving 24-hour prior notice directly through our website www.kalishastansell.com.

Remember, no refund will be issued to you for rescheduling appointments. And please keep in mind that booking times and dates are limited.

6. In case you the client fail to arrive (in person or online) within 15 minutes after the scheduled booking time, it will be treated as no show.

If you arrive late (14 minutes or less) during your scheduled booking time, the time you missed will not be added to your booking.

In both cases, no further rescheduling will be possible.

7. In case of cancellation of a booking by ‘Rev. Kalisha Stansell B.Msc.’ due to unavoidable circumstances, the full booking amount shall be refunded to the client and deposited to the original source of payment within 15 working days.
